Who doesn’t love to reminisce about their pre-teen years? I love going back into the lanes of our childhood, back when human relationships were easy, sibling fights were solved within hours, and the hardest thing in life were the summer projects. TVF’s Ye Meri Family will take you back exactly to those simple times. It intertwines an emotional story with great background music and lyrics. And the innocent approach will tug at your heart. 4. Made in Heaven
If Yeh Meri Family is all about the good old days of 90s middle-class India, Made in Heaven takes a huge leap and shows you the affluent lives of South Delhi and its rich wedding scenes. And no, not the ‘happy’ weddings or the pre-wedding squabbles that go on in every family. Note: We strongly recommend to not watch it with kids around. Made in Heaven explores the life of two wedding planners, Tara and Karan, and their foray into the glittery world of Delhi weddings. The show bares it all — scheming, manipulations, lies, and the shallow thinking that goes into organizing these ‘holy matrimonies.’
